The suburban has increased its presence in social networks to enhance online communication. In addition to Facebook and Instagram, Metro Bilbao has an account on Twitter today.
Metro Bilbao is already present on Twitter since this Thursday. This new journey tries to enhance the online communication that has been adding the different channels gradually.
As reported by the suburban, already had a digital presence to interact with the public on some social networks such as Facebook and Instagram.
The digital presence now increases with Twitter, which in a first phase will be bilingual (Basque and Spanish) and subsequently foreign languages will be incorporated.
In May of this year Metro Bilbao debuted on Instagram and in just seven months has added more than 2,400 followers. Previously, on December 21, 2010, the organization began its journey on Facebook, obtaining a total of 16,604 followers so far.
Currently and on the eve of Santo Tomás -one of the days with more affluence- Metro Bilbao begins to reinforce its communication via Twitter and will coordinate all its social networks in order to comply with the digital strategy and reach all its public.
